Menopause Made Easy
Menopause Made Easy with Acupressure and Essential Oils
- you are frustrated with menopausal symptoms,
- you want to learn a natural approach to relieving your symptoms, and
- you want quick & easy routines that don't take a lot of time out of your day.
Menopause is NOT a disease. It really is supposed to be a time of natural transition from our reproductive years to our wisdom years. Even if your mother, aunts, and sisters all had symptoms during perimenopause, it does not mean you have to too. Being exhausted, sweaty, and irritable is no fun. Wouldn't it be nice to feel like YOU again?
Treating women going through menopause is one of my specialties in my acupuncture clinic. But the real magic for quieting your symptoms is in your day-to-day routine. I created this self-paced video program to teach you easy-to-follow protocols using essential oils on acupressure points to soothe your symptoms. The steps are very short and easy to add in to your daily routine so your inner rebel won't be able to say "I don't have time for that!"

Frequently Asked Questions
You have immediate access to the full program so that you can go at your own pace. The intro video will give you an overview of the program. There is a video for each of the three topics and a downloadable PDF of the protocols you can use for taking notes or a handy reminder. A list of the essential oils used is also provided, along with two bonus videos.
Acupressure is massaging or gently pressing with your thumb or fingers on acupuncture points on the body.
Acupressure and essentials oils are standalone treatment methods, meaning each one works individually. If you don't enjoy essential oils, you can use just the acupressure routine and it will still be effective. I combine the two methods together because in practice I find they help each other to work better and faster.
Improvements are based on how much you put the new tips into practice. Plan to use the protocols daily for the first few weeks until they become a natural habit.
You may notice moderate to significant relief depending on other lifestyle factors that also play a role like nutrition and stress management. Even if your symptoms do not go down to zero, think about how much better your day would feel with some improvement; for example, if you went from 15 hot flashes down to 3 or 4, or from 6 bad nights' sleep down to 1 or 2.
Originally I designed this program to be a "treatment between treatments" for my acupuncture patients as a way to keep the benefits going. Then I discovered it can be helpful on its own for many people, especially if they are in a life phase where it's difficult to get in for treatment. Now it has become a great place to start for women needing menopausal help.
Totally up to you. Some people love having a buddy for support when starting something new. The call and email support are not intended for medical, therapeutic advice. You can ask questions about any of the protocols, have me demonstrate a technique you're unsure of, or we can talk about how to modify the plan based on your situation.
You will have access to all of the videos for the life of the program. I limit the time on the support option for two reasons. First, it's a helpful motivation to jump right in and not wait on learning the new routines. Second, it opens up my time the following month to help others who also need assistance.
