Many, if not most, of my new patients are uncomfortable with the idea of needles.  I almost wish they weren’t even called needles, they are so vastly different from the hypodermic needle used in the doctor’s office.

I am thrilled though, by how many patients are so pleasantly surprised after receiving their first treatment.

I understand a lot of people are squeamish, so don’t worry, this video doesn’t show the actual treatment, just a comparison of the needle.  And if you are truly needle-phobic, you don’t need to watch this at all.

My aim is to help those who are curious, but just a little nervous about acupuncture, to feel better with the idea of it.
