Have you ever used the Loving Kindness Meditation?

It can be used for all sorts of situations when you want to send love and well-being out to others. It has an added benefit of calming your stress system as well. Even a few seconds or few minutes can help.

I particularly love this one when we are worried about someone.  I’ll explain why in the video and then I’ll guide you how to do it.
