Frustrated with jaw tension? Here’s what you can do at home…

Acupressure for Jaw

Any of these sound familiar?  Tense jaw, grinding teeth at night, clenching under stress, popping noise when you open your mouth, a catch in the jaw if you open too wide, head tension, discomfort with chewy food.

So many patients of mine struggle with jaw tension of varying degrees.  If your symptoms are severe, and you’ve never had it medically evaluated, I would recommend that you do so.

In the meantime, here is a quick & easy protocol to help out.  In this video, I’ll teach you an essential oil blend to use and four different acupressure points that will help to soothe this area. Plus an extra tip that many people don’t know about!

This is easy enough to incorporate into your daily routine to start releasing that tension.

Of course, use common sense – if it hurts to do the acupressure, stop.

And if you find it helps a little, but not enough, then come in and see me for an acupuncture treatment.  Click here to book your appointment.

You don’t have to live with constant jaw tension.
