Are you ready for the calmest five minutes you’ll have all day?

5 Senses Mindfulness Thumbnail

I’m going to walk you through a very short mindfulness exercise.

I find when practicing a new technique it can be helpful to have someone guide you at first.  You’re less likely to have your mind wander and forget the next step.

Five Senses Mindfulness Meditation

This will only take a few minutes, so sit comfortably, take a long slow breath, and click play…

What did you think?

Feel calmer?

You can use this exercise any time you feel anxious, ungrounded, unable to focus, worried, or stressed.

It’s also really helpful to do a few minutes before bedtime to help get your head out of the day’s thoughts.
